Here are the highlights:
ArcGIS Server Tile Cache Format – You can now create or manage tile caches that can be used with ArcGIS Server. use Arc2Earth tile management tools (like the Change Detection Level) to dramatically reduce the time it takes to update tile caches
KML Exporter – Logo Overlay – You can now easily add custom Logo overlays to all of your KML exports. The image can be an online resource or a local file (which A2E will automatically put in the KMZ file)
Info Window Builder – KML Popup Balloons- We added a brand new Info Window builder to help you visualize your KML Description Windows. View your live data in a Preview Window and apply the powerful new Filters to easily format your data exactly the way you want it. Simple Add Image windows allow you to add preview local images and have them automatically added to the KMZ.

- Bulk loader for tile caches created outside of Arc2Earth

- new window to create and manage Map resources (used for ArcGIS.com integration)
